Montblanc Meisterstük 149 (Circa 1980's)
$425.00

The Montblanc 149 is a classic, beautiful, oversized model made of precious resin. The nib is a 14K, tri0color, medium point nib which writes a 0.60 mm, smooth, wet line. This era of 149 is of the highest quality. This particular pen came to me from a collector in Ohio. I had it serviced by Ron Zorn, a well-known authority and restorer in the hobby. You’ll not be disappointed. You’ll not be disappointed. You’ll not be disappointed.

Montrgrappa Serie 300 Rollerball - $195.00

Every so often, a rollerball makes its way onto The Portly Parson site. This special pen came to me from the collection of a Detroit area man who received this pen as a gift. It comes with a new Montegrappa rollerball replacement insert.

Waterman Laureat I (Circa 1980s)
$60.00

The Waterman Laureat was introduced in 1985, enjoying a 15-year production as a midline pen.

It is quite a distinctive model with a prominent black band between the barrel and the cap when the pen is capped. This comes from the section, which has a straight full-diameter part, as well as some ribbed bits on the grip.

The Waterman Laureat will forever hold a special place in my heart as it was the very first fountain pen I received when I was 19 years old. I have several color variations in my personal collection.

This model features a blue-gray marbled cap and barrel with gold trim and a medium point, 14K plated nib. It writes a smooth, wet line.

Purchased from Levenger in the late 1990s, this pen come from my personal collection. It is a beautiful orange color with a soft satin/matte feel. It is an exceptional writer. As will all my pens, this Italian pen has always been safely stored in either a pen cabinet or leather pen sleeve. No scratches, dings, chips, or cracks. It is in near mint condition.

It’s brand new and comes in original box and case, with converter and ink cartridge.

Montblanc Meisterstük 146 (Near Mint) $385.00

Montblanc
Since its launch in 1924, Montblanc’s Meisterstück has been widely regarded as the quintessential fine writing instrument, symbolizing refined taste and a bold extension of oneself. Whether used to pen a love letter or sign a historical document, the Meisterstück has left an indelible mark on the pages of history.

This early 1990s model was given as a gift to a recipient who rarely used it beyond the first inking. I comes with all the original packaging and documentation. This was a truly excellent estate sale find. It is a marvelous example of this model. (Fine point nib. Smooth, wet, beautiful writer).
